Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Slate Peptides website, accounts, catalog, checkout, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, browsing the catalog, submitting an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services or submit an order.

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account, place an order, or use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you are 21 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you do not meet these requirements.

Certain features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@slatepeptides.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may require research-use acknowledgments before checkout. Those acknowledgments are part of your agreement with us.

All products offered through the Services are intended strictly for research and laboratory use only. They are not foods, drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, or veterinary products.

Products are not for human or animal consumption, and are not intended for clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or veterinary use.

You may not use the Services or products to:

• Consume, ingest, inject, or administer products in or on humans or animals
• Resell products for human or animal use, or market them as such
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or abuse the website
• Misrepresent your identity, age, affiliation, or intended use
• Engage in fraud, chargeback abuse, or payment manipulation

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, handling, storage, and use of products comply with all applicable laws and institutional policies in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for using products only for lawful research and laboratory purposes and for training personnel who handle them.

Product names, descriptions, strengths, documentation references, and other website content are provided for informational purposes related to research materials. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free.

Nothing on the website constitutes medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, veterinary, or dosing advice. Do not rely on website content as professional advice of any kind.

Prices, availability, and product offerings may change without notice. We may correct pricing or listing errors and cancel or adjust affected orders. If we cancel an order due to an error after you have paid, we will refund or credit the applicable amount according to our refund practices.

Submitting an order through checkout is a request to purchase. An order is not accepted until we confirm it and, where applicable, issue an invoice. We may reject, cancel, or limit orders for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, compliance concerns, inventory limits, pricing errors, or wholesale eligibility issues.

Order status, payment status, and fulfillment status shown in your account reflect our internal workflow and may change as the order is reviewed, invoiced, paid, and fulfilled.

Wholesale accounts and wholesale pricing require application and administrative approval. Selecting “Wholesaler” during signup does not guarantee approval. Until approved, standard (retail) pricing and rules apply. We may revoke wholesale eligibility if eligibility criteria are no longer met or if these Terms are violated.

Discount and promotional codes are subject to the terms stated for each code, including eligibility, expiration, and usage limits. Codes may not be stacked unless we expressly allow it. We may modify or discontinue codes and reverse improperly applied discounts.

Payment is handled through invoices (currently via QuickBooks). After a valid order is submitted, an invoice is typically emailed to the address provided at checkout. Payment instructions and any available payment link appear on the invoice or in your order history when a link is available.

Submitting an order does not charge a card automatically through this website. Your order is not released for fulfillment until payment is confirmed and the order is approved for fulfillment by our team.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or similar charges associated with your purchase, except where we are required by law to collect them. Amounts shown at checkout may exclude taxes that are later assessed or shown on an invoice.

Shipping, processing, tracking, address accuracy, and related topics are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Risk of loss and title for products pass according to the shipping arrangements used by our fulfillment partners and applicable law. You are responsible for providing a correct, deliverable shipping address.

Slate Peptides does not accept returns, including unopened products after shipment. A customer may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order; cancellation is not guaranteed and cannot be completed once the order has been submitted to our fulfillment partner.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be reported within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery. We retain discretion to investigate claims and determine an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, invoice adjustment, account credit, or refund. A report does not automatically result in a refund. Full rules are in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

We may investigate and take action against suspected fraud, misuse, unauthorized resale, prohibited use, or abusive chargebacks. Actions may include order cancellation, invoice voiding, account suspension or termination, and reporting to appropriate authorities or payment providers where required or appropriate.

The Services, including branding, text, layout, graphics, and software, are owned by Slate Peptides or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content except as expressly permitted in writing.

The Services rely on third-party providers for functions such as authentication and hosting, invoicing, fulfillment, and email. Your use of those providers may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Products are research materials. We do not warrant suitability for any particular research protocol or outcome.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLATE PEPTIDES AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR A PRODUCT ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slate Peptides and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your misuse of products or the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (c) your handling, storage, transfer, or use of products.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a compliance or fraud risk, or if continued access would be unlawful or harmful. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including research-use restrictions, IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Slate Peptides principally operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue for disputes arising out of these Terms, except where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date when we do. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or by email when appropriate. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
