Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Slate Peptides processes and ships research-product orders. Shipping depends on payment confirmation, administrative fulfillment approval, product availability, and carrier performance. Timeframes below are estimates only and are not guarantees.

Order processing for fulfillment begins only after payment is confirmed and the order is approved for fulfillment by our team. Submitting an order or receiving an invoice does not mean the order has shipped. Orders are not sent to our fulfillment partner until those steps are complete.

After payment confirmation and fulfillment approval, we typically aim to process orders within approximately 1–5 business days. Actual timing varies with order volume, product availability, address verification, and compliance review.

These windows are configurable operational estimates and may change. They are not delivery guarantees.

Once a package is handed to a carrier, transit often takes approximately 2–7 business days for typical domestic service levels. Carrier transit times are outside our direct control and may be affected by weather, peak seasons, carrier capacity, and destination location.

A two-day shipping option is available through our U.S. fulfillment partner for eligible domestic orders. That option describes the carrier service after a package has been handed off, not the time required to process an order. Processing still begins only after payment confirmation and fulfillment approval. Timeframes in this policy remain estimates and are not delivery guarantees.

We currently focus on shipping within the United States. International shipping is not generally offered unless we expressly confirm otherwise for a specific order.

You are responsible for providing a complete, correct, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address information that you provided.

Address changes may be possible before an order is submitted to fulfillment. After an order has been submitted to our fulfillment partner, address changes often cannot be guaranteed. Contact support@slatepeptides.com as soon as possible if you need a change; we will try to help when the carrier and fulfillment status still allow it.

When tracking information becomes available from our fulfillment partner, it is typically shown in your order history. Tracking details depend on carrier updates and may lag behind actual package movement.

Delays can occur due to payment timing, administrative review, inventory, weather, carrier disruptions, peak periods, or compliance checks. If your order is significantly delayed beyond typical estimates, contact support and we will share the best available status information.

If tracking indicates a package is lost or has not progressed for an extended period, contact us with your order number. We will work with our fulfillment partner and the carrier to investigate. Resolution may include replacement or refund/credit at our discretion based on carrier findings and our Refund Policy.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing shipment issues must be reported within 3 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of packaging and products when applicable.

Claims submitted after that window may be denied. Slate Peptides does not accept returns after shipment. See our Refund Policy for remedy rules. A report does not automatically result in a refund.

Packages returned to sender because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed shipment may incur additional shipping charges for reshipment. Contact support when a package is returned so we can discuss next steps. Customer-initiated product returns are not accepted.

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order by contacting support with their order number. Cancellation is not guaranteed and is unavailable after the order has been submitted to our fulfillment partner.

Separately, we may delay, review, or cancel orders when we suspect fraud, prohibited use, age-eligibility issues, or other compliance concerns. In those cases, fulfillment will not proceed until the concern is resolved or the order is cancelled according to our policies. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
