Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain order and accounting records, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and meet legal or operational requirements. Retention periods vary by data type (for example, order records may be kept longer than temporary session data).
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls for sensitive server credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

To make a request, contact support@slatepeptides.com or use our contact form. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some records (such as completed orders) may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
