Why this notice exists
Slate Peptides sells products for research and laboratory use only, not for human or animal consumption. Some state laws define consumer health data broadly enough that information about browsing or purchasing certain products could be covered, whatever the product is intended for. This notice describes what we collect that could fall into that category and how you can control it. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
Information that may be treated as consumer health data
- Order records: the products you purchase, quantities, and order totals, collected to process, ship, and support your order.
- First-party analytics, when permitted: pages and product pages viewed, add-to-cart and checkout-started events, and campaign information from the link you arrived through.
- Advertising measurement, when permitted: purchase value and currency sent to Meta, OpenAI, or Google Ads. When Rumble tracking is enabled, a Rumble click identifier, conversion-action identifier, and USD order value may also be sent. Product names, identifiers, and quantities are not sent in those Slate-constructed payloads.
Consent and sharing
For visitors from Washington, Nevada, Connecticut, and Virginia, as determined from the state supplied by our hosting provider, optional analytics does not run until you allow it, and Meta, OpenAI, Google Ads, and Rumble advertising technologies are not used. For visitors from Maryland or an unknown U.S. state, only strictly necessary processing runs. You can change or withdraw an analytics choice at any time through Your Privacy Choices in the site footer. Withdrawal stops future collection.
Order information is shared with the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy (for example payment, fulfillment, and email providers) to complete your order. We do not sell consumer health data.

We may need to verify your identity, and some order records must be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
